I am a proud Southern Utah native! I grew up in Toquerville and was lucky enough to raise my children in Toquerville. My husband and I love spending time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandbabies. We LOVE getting outdoors and exploring all of the abundant beauty this area has to offer. 

I went back to school to get my degree when my youngest went into Kindergarten. I graduated from Dixie State University with my Bachelor’s of Science in Education. I have my ESL, STEM, and soon to be Teacher Leader endorsements. I have many other certifications and have had multiple opportunities to provide learning experiences for students and teachers alike. I taught 6th grade science for 10 years. I’m a math and science girl, so this was a great 10 years; however, I found my home in 2nd grade and just love these littles. I bring with me my love of science and math, my growing knowledge and love of reading, and my desire to give them my best. I LOVE to learn and will continue learning and honing in on best practices in order to provide an engaging environment where your child grows.
